Whitney Johnson III United Country Real Estate |Discover Northwest Realty Group
My name is Whitney Johnson. I've had many jobs over the years: banking operations, caterer, restaurant manager, horse ranch cowboy, port-a-potty farm worker, teacher's aid, facilities manager, full-time parent to two noisy daughters, and I currently co-own this real estate business in Clark County to help people discover the Northwest life they're looking for.
I'm a connector. I'm the guy who gets teased about always knowing the right person or business or property or place for whatever someone needs. Putting that trait to work in real estate has been my favorite My expertise in and curiosity about the area combined with United Country's exclusive marketing and online programs help you find your perfect home, investment property or land
I come to United Country Discover Northwest Realty Group with a diverse backround. My education backround is in Marine Biology from Humboldt State University. I also attained my Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential. I entered the elementary school world and taught grades from kindergarted to 6th grade. It was an amazing experience and I feel I was the one being taught as kids are so brutally honest. Shortly after graduation from the credential program I got married. My wife and I pulled up roots from California and moved to Connecticut so she could attend Dental Hygiene school. During this move I was introduced to the world of UPS. I spent 9 years as a package car driver. This experience was so great in a ton of different ways. I should me how a giant corporation runs a business but it showed me thatt team work and cooperation can scale mountains. The work was hard but it was so rewarding. During our time in Connecticut.we had our first 2 children. All the rest of the family was back on the west coast so we decided to make the move back home. Upon return I enttered into the Insurance world withh American Family. I decided that I also wanted to do real estate as well so I partnered with the Discover Northwest team in 2018. Since joining the team I have become so much more in love with the industry. I have been offered and accepted a place as Co-Owner with Whitney Johnson and we have plans to take our Agency to places unheard of in our market. We are commited to community, family and our faith. We work every day to promote collaboration instead of competition. We stress family first on all levels. I am honored to be a part of the United Country family.
